HEAVY DUTY TRUCK / LORRY TYRE. These are the daddies of the tyre world: very heavy and durable, designed to be used on S-class lorries with 40 tonns + capacity.

No serious commercial or home gym is complete without one. There are tons of excises it can be used for, both using other equipment, like hammers and ropes, and your own body weight: flipping, jumping, carrying, press ups, abs workout etc. Look up videos on Youtube for inspiration. Full body workout routines can be designed around this excellent fitness tool for weight loss, strength, and muscle building.

We have three types of tyres: lighter (30-40kg, 0.8m) perfect for high intensity training, cardio, hammering or beginners, medium (40-50kg, 0.9m), and heavier (60-80kg, 1m+) more suitable for strenght and muscle-building and seasoned gym goers. Please, indicate which type suits your needs. Please note, all measurements are approximate and are given as a guide.

Not always the heavier the better. The best way to stay injury-free is to take it slow and add weight gradually in a controlled way. Many of our clients opt for lighter tyres, and use weighted backpacks to add precisely as much weight as needed. Trust me, you need one and will not be disappointed. This product will last a lifetime.
