These machines are primarily used on amenity grass, racecourses and smaller areas of grassland. The blades are positioned in a way to give optimum weight per blade. The 2.5m version weighs around 1500kg empty and 2500kg when its filled with water. As with all our machines smaller and larger widths are available (see other items).

This is a 3pt linkage Mounted machine. The drum is a 30 (750mm) diameter and has a 15mm thick wall X 2.5m width. There are eight rows of blades and all this is supported with a 2 12 inch axle running right through the entire drum. This is surrounded by the heavy duty AerWorx frame. It works in all soil types from sandy to heavy clay to rocky from flawless hay fields to rugged terrains. Hillsides are able to capture rainwater avoiding run-off.

Chemical and natural fertilisers are absorbed and filtered through the soil and grass roots. In its no-till application, hay fields can be worked while leaving them smooth.

Grass roots remain down not exposed to sunlight. Cows can remain in worked fields. Relieve soil compaction and root-bound sod.

Stimulate grass roots to grow down, resulting in greener, thicker grasses. Receive nutrients by turning the ground into a sponge, absorbing all rain, fertiliser or natural waste applications.

Avoid runoff in hilly terrain. Save time and fuel increase grass yield and stocking rates!
