The support wheels are easy to adjust for height with turnbuckle. The 27070S dozer blade is the largest dozer blade in our range. Suitable for those requirements that demand a little extra.

The dozer blade is double-articulated, which means that both the boom and the blade are adjustable for maximum effect and optimal results. This function makes it possible to push snow safely up onto the road and push snow further out into the ditch to make space for new snow. This gives the same safe operation when dragging gravel roads without having to drive too close to the edge of ditches to scrape in the gravel. The boom can easily be adjusted from inside the cabin, enabling work in sharp bends with full control of the blade, leading to excellent results. The dozer blade has two hydraulic cylinders, and a cylinder on the powerful boom gives the dozer blade hydraulic side shift adjustment.

And a cylinder from the underside of the boom to the blade gives the blade hydraulic circular swing. Mounted to tractor's three-point linkage.

With the cylinder of the dozer blade, the working angle of the dozer blade can be changed or twisted around for working in reverse, which facilitates ploughing at crossroads, in courtyards and parking areas where snow must be cleared or piled up. The support wheels are easy to fit and even easier to height adjust using a turnbuckle, which provides variable adjustment for the correct working height and blade angle when clearing snow on unfrozen ground, dragging gravel roads and other adjustment work.

Fitted with replaceable wear steel which is reversible and can be used toothed or flat, stabilisers, support wheels, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses and lifting arm pins as standard. Two double-acting hydraulic outlets are required to use the dozer blade on tractors.

The dozer blade is supplied with four hydraulic ½ inch, quick coupling male hoses. The blade is delivered securely in a sturdy box to avoid damage during transport and when you unload your blade from the lorry.
