Flat Belt to 3x V-belt drive transmission heavy duty 1.5 inch shaft power pulley

  

Flat Belt to 3x V-belt heavy duty drive, power transmission with 1.5 inch shaft (Axle). Pulleys are perfectly straigh without any damage. Bearings are tight, the axle does not move left or right, is sturdy, well held in position.

Flat belt pulley has diameter of 11.7 inches and is 2 1/4 inch wide. V-belt pulley has diameter of 5.5 inches and is 2 3/4 inch wide. Axle is 19.3 inches long and has diameter of 1.5 inch (Shaft output on both sides is 1.5 inch).

Both pulleys inner diameter is 1.5inch. Body drum diameter is approx. Main body plate dimensions are 11inch x 11.5inch. Tensioner plate dimensions (full one) are 12.5inch x 12.4inch. 2 valves for bearings lubricating are in very good condition.

I just injected inside them fresh grease. Tensioner base can be moved without problem, and so the tensioners long bolt. Tensioner base' long bolt is quite rusty. Higher nut is free and can be adjusted, but lower nut is stuck in position.

On tensioner base, In place where big bolt is screwed all the way down, both threaded holes are healthy and clean, and this bolt is fully usable and healthy as well. Other 4 threaded holes will not allow you to screw the bolts all the way down - will need attension. One of other bolts is bent and other 2 bolts has thread damaged. 2 big bolts mounted in main body base has their nuts rusted and can not be undone.

They may need to be cutted out. Item is very heavy - weights around 50 kg or more - its collection in person only from Spalding.
