Here advertised is our 12x12 + 2ft over hang , garden shed/storage. 8ft tall at the front slopping to 7ft at the rear.

At fallen oak timber buildings we include a free 2ft overhang on all of our buildings, and a free set of skids with the option of up-rated 4x3 skids and steel available. We are one of very few that make our shelters frame work from construction grade 4x2 (pressure treated) as we believe this is the best, we do not use anything smaller.

All frame work is double SCREWED together, not nailed. Roof purlins are also c16 4x2 as standard, 5x2 on bigger buildings.

The cladding on our shelters come standard with 22mm exc pressure treated feather edge boarding which is now available in pressure treated dark rustic brown. Timber stables/shelters come standard at 8ft at the front slopping down to 7ft at the rear on our pent buildings, on our apex buildings it is 7ft to the eaves and 9ft to the apex, also can be made to specific sizes. 7 gauge galvanised steel box sheeting with a pent (slopped) roof, Apex roof is available at extra cost, There is plenty more options on colours, and roofing types. Timber osb (for your own finish). Plenty of options on cladding.

Options for the shelters include. Upgraded 4x3 skids (100x75mm skids). Standard skids 4x2 (come on our shelters as standard). Over Hang (come on our shelters as standard). We only use the best quality timber and products on the market.

Tack rooms can be added to your buildings, any size you require. We do not require a base to erect the shelters, although we recommend a concrete / flat MOT (hardcore) base for the buildings to go on for longevity, although with skids attached these buildings will be just fine in fields as long as the ground is flat. We do recommend you stake/peg field shelters down, we offer to do this service although we cannot guarantee extreme weather conditiofns or storms that may cause adverse affects.
