Up for sale is this Parmiter heavy duty pigtail tine cultivator. Total working width is 14 foot and with the wings folded up into the transport position, the unit measures approximately 9 foot. Wings pivot freely and are manually folded with heavy duty twin-assister springs fitted to both sides. Comes with four brand new locking pins, which lock the outer wings in place when in work mode.

This cultivator has just been through the workshop and refurbished after coming straight'off farm'. Cultivator is fitted with nineteen, 1" solid round section pigtail tines and 2.5" reversible points. Six of the points are brand new, with the remaining thirteen having at least 50% wear left.

All the point fixings have also been replaced. All tine mounting bolts have been checked for excess wear and 25 of them have been replaced.

The frame is straight & true and is constructed of 4 heavy duty box section, with no cracks or welding repairs. Implement is three-point linkage mounted and will be supplied with two newly fabricated unique Parmiter Cat. 2 stepped lower link pins.

This cultivator is now ready to go straight back into work. Its a very useful tool to have on the farm for stubble cultivation, working down ploughed ground, incorporating manure or game cover strips.

Also the ideal implement for someone looking to take part in a classic tractor cultivation day! This is a good example of a well built British cultivator that is still popular and always sells well. Loading with a telehandler is available, however a suitable collection da. Y & time would need to be agreed.
